She took a $47,000 pot off Jason Mercier, before lady luck swung in favour of Joe Cada - JJ against QQ. Even with some of Nadya’s money, Cada couldn’t win many other pots. With only half the game complete, he decided to call it quits and left the table dejected. He looked like he was headed back to make another poker deposit to refine his game. This made space for Joe Cassidy to take a seat. Another player left sore was Jason Mercier, who donated his whole stack to Justin Bonomo.
The Loose Cannon was down almost $20,000 after the first episode, but rallied to put on an impressive showing. However, the tide turned when she posted a bit win against Joe Cassidy, beating his A-J with two-pair. There were only two hands remaining for Nadya to put herself onto the top of the Loose Cannon leaderboards. Picking up A-K suited in the big blind, she took on Cassidy and Alaei and won enough money to bring her total profit to $63,000. With enough to give her a comfortable spot at the top of the leaderboard, she decided to take her winnings and return home to her son.
